Journey of Faith Through the “Older Testament” Joshua
This morning we’ll take a look at Joshua and particularly his challenge from the Lord found in the opening chapter of the book which bears his name.  Joshua, like you and I, was on a journey to follow God.  We can apply this same challenge to our situation.  Pray that the Lord speaks into our hearts and minds this morning.

Journey of Faith Through the “Older Testament” Numbers – Our Walk With and Trust In God
Today we return to our studies in the older testament.  We’ll be looking at an account in the book of Numbers chapters 13 and 14. The passage speaks to so many things about our walk with, and our trust in, God.  Our main focus this morning will center around how we can be confident when facing daunting circumstances in our lives.

    Happy Mother’s Day
Happy Mother’s Day!  Mother’s Day, like most holidays, evokes a wide range of emotions. There is gratefulness for the influence of loving moms, pain in the heartache of moms who walked out or are estranged, and all kinds of feelings due to lost opportunities, poor choices, and circumstances beyond our control. As always, we gather to worship the God who is sovereign over all of it!  Today we’ll focus on “women who bless the community.”

Our Salvation Is Not Partially Complete… It Is Finished!
Today we once again have the privilege of gathering around the table of our Lord; the precious picture and reminder left for us by our Savior, Jesus Christ. We’ll also focus on the phrase our Lord uttered on the cross, “it is finished."  Our salvation is not partially complete, it is finished! Too often we lapse back into wrong thinking and in the process forget how wonderful his grace is.

Leading Up to Easter Sunday – Jesus In The Temple & Genuineness Before God
As we move toward Easter, we’ll take a look today at a passage in Luke’s gospel about Jesus cleansing the temple. The text is Luke 19:45-48.  It challenges us about our worship and our genuineness before God.  We can become careless and /or overly impressed with ourselves, twin dangers we are called to avoid.
