The Lord’s Table

This morning we will celebrate Communion...the reminder our Lord left us so that we might keep the Gospel front and center. Also known as the Lord's Table, it presents a wonderful, gracious reminder of what Christ has done on our behalf. It's our prayer that this reminder will encourage our hearts, strengthen our faith, and lead you to the Savior.

Let’s Make the Commission Great Again

As we examine Luke 5:1-11 we discover that even the early followers of Jesus learned to develop a disciple making mindset.

PREPARATION - Because people are spiritually hungry  (5:1)   KEY- H.O.R.S.E.  Hungry, Open, Responsive, Shares, Emerges

PRESENCE– Because Jesus is works through us (5:2-5)

POWER - Because of Jesus Authority (5:6-8)

PURPOSE - Because of Jesus Confidence in Us  (5: 9-11)

Romans 1:18 – Chosen People Ministry

In the first chapter of the book of Romans, the Apostle Paul writes about the nature of the Gospel. He tells us that the Good News is powerful, like dynamite and it is universal—open to all those who accept Christ—and that this message should be proclaimed to the Jew first, and also to the Gentiles. We know Paul had a deep passion for the salvation of his own Jewish people, but what exactly did he mean when he wrote to the Romans saying it is “to the Jew first”? What does this mean for us, and how should we apply this to our lives, our church, and to our outreach to the world? Dr. Glaser will explore these issues with us today, and you can expect to hear some great stories about what God is doing among the Jewish people in the U.S., Israel and around the world!

    1 Corinthians 13

This morning we take a look at the "great love chapter" found in 1 Corinthians 13. This passage is often read at weddings, framed, memorized, and rightly so, as it expresses the highest Christian virtue and ideals for us. Of course, it is God's Holy Word, so it challenges and instructs in the way we should go. May the Lord encourage us to live our lives in line with a life of love!

    2nd Sunday of Advent

This morning we continue in our Christmas series… looking at the person of Jesus… why he came, how much he loves us, and why it all matters! Today we will look in a rather unlikely place, the book of Revelation. Revelation describes a battle that is been raging since the beginning of time... a Battle that continues to affect you and me, and literally every area of our lives.

Praise God that we have a savior, a rescuer, and a hope that goes beyond the battle!
