"And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,…" Ephesians 3:17,18 The focus of Women's Ministry at Beacon is to encourage women to grow in their knowledge of who God is, who He wants us to be and how we can best serve Him no matter where you are in your walk with the Lord. Women need other women and as Sisters in the Lord we provide opportunities to help women grow in Christ whether you are a new mom, a working woman, single or a grandmother. The ministry offers Bible Study, Retreats, Special Events, a Secret Sister Prayer Ministry, and MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers). Special Events have something for everyone. Fellowship, building relationships through God's Word, along with laughter, special speakers and refreshments. Our Special Events are a wonderful tool to reach out to friends, family and our community. We always encourage our women to bring a friend along! |
